What are the shipping costs and delivery terms?

Dining tables & large items
- Delivery via transport service as doorstep delivery (up to the front door).
- Assembly is not included , but can be booked for €25 per product type .
- If you want the order to be placed inside , we charge an additional €25 for this.
- Delivery within 3–5 business days .
- Shipping costs within the Netherlands: €25.
Smaller packages
Smaller items are also delivered by transport and are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
Delivery to Germany For transport to Germany, the shipping costs are €70.
What is Ozaro Living's return policy?
You have 30 days to return a product to Ozaro Living, provided the product is in its original condition and undamaged.
Return costs
- Small packages: €12.50
- Large items: same rate as shipping costs

- Custom made products cannot be returned.
- Products that are damaged or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
