At Ozaro Living, we strive to deliver your order quickly and safely. Below you'll find all the details about shipping, delivery methods, and additional services.

Shipping & transport

Dining tables & large items

Delivery is made via a transport service as doorstep delivery (up to the front door).

Assembly is not included as standard , but can be booked for €25 per product type .

If you want the item to be delivered inside , we charge an additional €25 .

Delivery will take place within 3–5 business days after preparation for shipment.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €25 .

Smaller packages

Delivered via transport service and shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.

Delivery to Germany

For transport to Germany the shipping costs are €70 .

Delivery & appointments

As soon as your package is ready for shipment, you will receive a message with a Track & Trace code or delivery information so you know when it will be delivered.

Our carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you.

Please note: with standard delivery the product will be delivered to the threshold level (i.e. not indoors).

Assembly or installation are optional extra services (for a fee) — these are not included in the standard delivery.

Additional services

• Assembly : available for €25 per product type (optional).

Bringing the product inside : If you want the product to be brought inside, we will charge an additional €25 on top of the shipping costs.
