Returns & Exchanges
At Ozaro Living you have a 30-day reflection period from the day of receipt.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can report this to us within that period and return it under the conditions below.
Return costs & conditions
Dining tables & large items
Return via our transport service (doorstep delivery).
The cost is €25 within the Netherlands .
Installation costs are not reimbursed , because installation is not included as standard.
Please note: we collect items from doorstep level — returns or pickup are not included.
Smaller packages (such as accessories, smaller furniture, parts of furniture)
Return via transport service.
The cost is €12.50 within the Netherlands.
Return from Germany
For returns from Germany, the shipping costs are €70 .
After receiving and inspecting the returned shipment (the product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging), we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days (using the same payment method).
If the product is damaged or the packaging is severely torn, we reserve the right to deduct a reduction in value.
Exceptions & exchanges
- Custom - made products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products that have been used, damaged beyond normal use, or are missing their original packaging are not covered by the returns policy.
- The same conditions apply for exchanges as for returns: you return the unwanted product and place a new order.
Received the wrong or damaged product?
- Always check your order upon receipt.
- Did you receive the wrong product or was it damaged? Please contact us within 7 days by email or WhatsApp.
- Please state your name, order number and send clear photos.
- We will ensure you receive the correct product or refund your purchase, and return shipping costs will be covered by us in that case.
